025: “What’s so important about Filipino American women's history? There’s nothing there that hasn’t been said already.” Archiving our history with Stacey Anne

Pinay Activist-Scholar, PhD student and Author of Pinay Guerrilleras Stacey Anne joins us for a special FAHM episode to talk about how she is restoring Filipina presence in American history. In her PhD program, she is working on a feminist scholarship that focuses on the lives of Filipina women in the USA during the Great Depression. She shares how understanding and bringing light to our history is important for us to create the stepping stones we need to break out of being marginalized and minoritized, and to better understand ourselves.
