Although sisters Niki and Monica Magtoto lead completely different lives, there's one clear thing that they both value: holding and creating space for people in different capacities. The Magtoto's share a mixed ancestry (from the Philippines, Mexico, Cabo Verde and Ireland) and consider themselves fortunate to have been raised in an open-minded and open-hearted household. They share how they "create space" for others in their respective fields: Niki currently works as an Educational Policy Analyst and Equity Facilitator and Monica works as an artist, brujita, and yoga instructor.
