When I first started drafting this letter, I didnโ€™t know what tone it would take.

At first, I thought Iโ€™d sound angry the whole way throughโ€”because honestly, I was. I still am, in some ways.

Thereโ€™s something about betrayal in friendship that cuts deeper than heartbreak. Itโ€™s a different kind of grief. A silent one.
